Difference between latch and flip-flop

Latch is a flop-flop in its simplest form capable of storing binary bit 1 or 0. Latch is a bistable
device. It can reside in either of two states thanks to feedback arrangement.
The main difference latch and flip-flop is in the method used for changing their state.
